THE LAUNDRY ROOM DOOR AND OPENING IS DAMAGE, THE GARAGE DOOR IS TORN. THE KITCHEN 3 X 4 WINDOW IS BROKEN.

ELECTRICAL: THERE IS BARE, MELTED WIRING WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN THE GARAGE SEVERELY DAMAGED. THE LAUNDRY ROOM OVERHEAD LIGHT FIXTURE AND THE KITCHEN'S CAN LIGHTING FIXTURES HAVE HEAT DAMAGE. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.


PLUMBING: SWG WAS OFF. GAS FIRED WATER HEATER IN THE GARAGE


MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. THE DWELLING AND PROPERTY SHALL BE SECURED BY THE OWNERS CONTRACTOR.
