| 05/04/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Arrived on site and was able to make contact over the phone with property owner who was not on site. Was able to walk through the property with his OK and him being on the phone while I did the inspection the whole time. Found metal fence was put on top of a block stemwall that was already permitted in. Owner was uncertain if the metal fence was approved as part of the plan. Will address the fence the electric upgrade panel, the two sheds in the rear, the cap off the sewer line in rear yard, and the trash and debris in the alley with large tree trunks. Will move this case into citation |
