ALL AREAS INSPECTED ARE DRY. SOME BASEBOARDS WERE REMOVED IN THE ABOVE UNITS. THESE UNIT HAVE 2 FULL BATHROOMS, MANAGEMENT STATED THEY WILL RESTRICT SHOWER USE IN THE FOLLOWING UNITS 906, 903, 806, 805, 804, 803 AND 703 DUE TO SHOWER HAS A 3 X 3 LID THAT WAS REMOVED. ALL AREAS INSPECTED DO NOT SHOW SIGNS MAJOR WATER DAMAGE OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE. CONTRACTOR STATED THE UNITS WITH RESTRICTIONS WILL BE A PRIORITY. THE SPRINKLER BREAK IN UNIT 1003 OCCURRED ON APRIL 15, 2021 TUCSON FIRE DID RESPOND AND REMOVE TOILETS TO DRAIN UNITS, THE BUILDING HAS CONCRETE FLOORS, MANAGEMENT ACTED IMMEDIATELY WITH THE HIRING OF A REMEDIATION COMPANY TO MITIGATE WATER INTRUSION AND START THE DRYING PROCESS. A NOTICE OF VIOLATION WILL BE ISSUED 30 DAYS TO REPAIR, NO PERMITS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. OCCUPANCY MAY CONTINUE IN RESTRICTED UNITS AS LONG AS THE RESTRICTION TAKE PLACE TODAY. |
