VISITED SITE, COMPLAINT FORM DID NO SPECIFY IF THE TRIM WORK BEING DONE WAS INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR WORK. I FOUND NOTHING BEING DONE TO THE EXTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE SO I ASSUME WORK WAS BEING DONE INSIDE. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT ANY WORK BEING DONE TO THE INSIDE OF A STRUCTURE IS OF NO CONCERN TO THE HISTORIC SOCIETY AND TRIM WORK DOES NOT REQUIRE A PERMIT. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
