| 04/27/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Was called back by fire investigator Brain Corrales. Arrived and all were gone from the scene and had a T.P.D. officer on site. The power was removed at the panel from the breaker, the gas was off at the meter and had broken windows through out. The property manager did give permission to have the property secured. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the propertry secured. There is a wash room for the property that was involved in the fire and that will be boarded up. The interior has damage to the wood framing, drywall, electrical, the heating and cooling system for the unit. Had a window unit for one of the bedrooms and that was pushed into the room to have the window secured. The Window unit damaged by the fire. The kitchen is totally burned. |
