Entered by VINDIOLA - Arrived on site and spoke with property owner. State she had called in to planning the development services prior to her starting her project and was told no permits are required. On site today found the tin metal structure was replaced by a wood frame structure with new wood post added and new header beams, With new plywood on top of the roof. This replaced a corrugated metal roof structure with decorative post. Current size is 9 feet wide and 28 feet long. Will move to notice of violation for property owner.Property owner will again try to speak with planning and development services to have this issue resolved |
