THE HALLWAY AND LIVING SHEETROCK HAVE DAMAGE TO THE SHEETROCK PAPER. THE LIVING ROOM'S 3 X 4 ENCASEMENT WINDOW HAS BROKEN AN CRACKED PANES AND BROKEN PANE., THE LARGE 5 X 8 PICTURE WINDOW IS BROKEN, THE REAR FRENCH DOOR HAS ONE PANE BROKEN ON ONE OF THE DOORS. THE WALLS AND CEILING IN ABOVE AREAS ARE BLACKED DUE TO HEAVY SMOKE.


ELECTRICAL: THE LIVING ROOM AND HALLWAY HAVE ELECTRICAL DEVICES WHICH HAVE MELTED AND SIGNS OF HEAT DAMAGE. TEP DID DISCONNECT POWER.


PLUMBING: SWG DID PIN METER OFF


MECHANICAL: HEAVY SMOKE TO ENTIRE HOME

REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, THE DWELLING WAS CONDEMNED, UNFIT TO OCCUPY. DAMAGED OPENINGS SHALL BE SECURED BY THE OWNERS CONTRACTOR WITHIN 12 HOURS.
