VISITED SITE, SPOKE WITH THE HOMEOWNER WHO WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE HE STATED HE USES HIS BARBECUE TO COOK FOR THE NEIGHBORS. CHAIRS ARE USED TO SIT AND CONVERSE. I TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW HIM WHAT NEEDED TO BE REMOVED AND WHAT OUTDOOR THINGS COULD STAY. THE OWNER ACTUALLY HELPS PEOPLE THRU OUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. I EXPLAINED THIS IS SORT OF THE SAME AS HAVING A YARD SALE EVERYDAY. OWNER STATED HE WOULD REMOVE THE ITEMS AND PLACE THEM IN HIS FENCED BACK YARD. |
