04/21/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved The office called and T.F.D. on site with a house fire and the supervisor said to respond. Arrived and the units were clearing the site and were checking for hot spots. The fire investigator was on site checking for cause. The fire was in a wood frame storage room and was a total lost. Did have a carport type wood frame that was detached from the wood storage room that was involved in the fire that has fire damage and will need to also be removed due to the way it was built. The front end of the structure has a carport and is lacking a post and has no roof covering on the wood sheathing. Did call the owner to let him know of the fire. The fire area has no electrical in the storage room. The wooden fence was burned and burned into the neighbors property and did damage on the rear unit. That owner was also called to make aware of the fire damage. The owner did send some reps. to check the fire damage and they signed the paperwork on site. Did talk to the owner per phone to go over on what was found on the fire damage next door and was need to be done on cleaning this property. The reps. were going over the needed repairs and the other damage to the property. This owners property has a fence to have the area secured and did close the gate in the neighbors property to keep the dogs from getting out. I was able to give the neighbor info so they can make contact on the fire damage next door. Will check in 10 days. RV.
