ELECTRICAL: THE FIRE DAMAGE ZONE HAS MULTIPLE ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE FIRE. MELTED ELECTRICAL WIRING EXPOSED. POWER WAS SHUT OFF AT MAIN BREAKER TO BUILDING 'B' BY TFD.

MECHANICAL: VENTS WERE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO FIRE DAMAGE ZONE.

REMARKS: THIS APARTMENT IS NOW CONDEMNED AND PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS. OWNER WILL SECURE THE APARTMENT. POWER HAS BEEN RESTORED TO BUILDING ISOLATING UNIT B310. CE WILL REQUIRE A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR REPORT ON COMPANY LETTER HEAD, THAT IS SAFE TO RESORE POWER AFTER APARTMENT WIRING HAS BEEN INSPECTED BY SAID ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR.
