Currently the roof's assembly is deteriorated no longer providing the weather protection to the interior of the building. According to aerials the roofs covering has been damaged since May 2012 and has only worsen with time. The building's exterior electrical has been cannibalized leaving only the plastic conduit attached to the walls. In 2019 the restroom doors had to be welded shut to keep trespassers from entering the building and using it as a living area. Currently there is clothing, bed rolls, drug paraphilia and other evidence indicating the property is a harbor for trespassers and people committing unlawful acts. |
