VISITED SITE, DID FIND THE PALM FRONDS AND THE DAMAGED FENCE. THE FENCE WAS ACTUALLY DAMAGED IN A STORM LAST YEAR. TODAY I FOUND THE FENCE STILL THERE BUT NOT ANCHORED TO ANYTHING. THE PERSON OCCUPYING THE HOUSE IS A RENTER. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNER WHO LIVES IN CALIFORNIA BUT VOICEMAIL WAS FULL. LEFT A BUSINESS CARD ON THE FRONT DOOR ASKING OCCUPANT TO CONTACT ME. |
