Was called out by communications for Tucson police due to possible structural damage to a unit after inspection did find the ceiling was falling, flooring was very weak and the delapitated, electrical was hanging, the living room roof had water leak‘s possible damage to electrical and ceiling, unsanitary conditions though-out the trailer, had dog waste, trash and debris, very minum walking and egress throughout the unit, will be posting and unsafe to occupy and issue notice |
