05/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Followed up on property. While on site HCD Property Mgr showed up. Walked site, discussed complaint, issues that arose as a result of the illegal dumping. Showed Property Manager pictures of the refuse. Manager states he will get the rest of the refuse cleaned up and he issued the resident in question a Contract Violation.
05/12/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with property owner where refuse is affecting the residents of the property. Walked site with owner and discussed problem. Knocked on door and met with resident who states they saw the residents at 7940 E. Jennifer Ann throwing trash over the wall. Met with Landscaper hired to remove all refuse off land. Landscaper stated the refuse appears to be coming from over the wall. Some of the refuse has the residents name and address on the refuse. Sent letter HCD Representative regarding the issue. CC Supervisor who forwarded the e-mail to HCD Administrator.
05/04/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved 5/4/21 1:31 pm Met w/Matt Engstrom re:refuse walked site. Discussed problem with the Manager. Manager stated he would get it cleaned up with in the week.
05/04/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with Store Manager at Dollar Store. Rewalked site. Discussed the refuse still on site and pointed out boxes and bags that belonged to the store.
