Has a masonry wall being built in the rear of the property. He did call P.D.S.D. and was told that no permit is required. Did advise that the zoning needs to review where the wall was placed and to make sure not blocking access to the utilities in the area. He also wants a chain link fence in the front of the property and was also advised to include that on the same drawings. He wants to make some changes on the building on the site and will need to get a architect to make the drawings for approvals to be an office and waiting area. The building is vacant and secured at this time. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
