Did an inspection at night and the lighting are aimned down to the ground level and have been shielded. They have 4-lights in the rear of the building and don't shine into the neighbors property. The utility poles have lights that were added to the poles and that gives lighting to the rear of the house in that area. The rear of the building is a parking lot and also has other lighting from the neighbors property also shinning into the parking lot. At this time the case will be closed until another complaint comes or meet at the site to show where the lighting is shinning at. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
