12/08/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The property is vacant and unsecured. Did find on the front house where the plywood has been pulled off the opening a 2' x 2' on the west site. In the rear of the house has a 5040 X opened and the plywood has been pulled off. Did have a sheet and was pulled off and check if anyone on site and found no one in the house. Was able to have secured while on site. Used the same plywood and re-secured. All other openings are secured. The rear structures are secured at this time. Will check if the property can be cleaned up. RV.
05/14/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Came to the site and nothing was done. Did call Arcaiden Industries to have the property secured. Did 1-3' door and 1-8' x 8' hole. RV.
05/13/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The houses are vacant and unsecured. Found the rear unit rear door kicked in. The burned unit has a wall that has the siding being pulled off. Called the supervisor Martin Romero to have the unit secured and had to call inspector Valdez to get a phone number and the correct address for the owner where the N.O.V. was sent. Did have the correct address on the N.O.V. and gave an estimate for the cleaning of the property. Did make contact with the owner and he is sending someone one to have the property secured. I did not get a call back when the person was coming to secure the units. Did call the supervisor Martin Romero and will wait till tomorrow late morning to check and secure if not secured. The property has not been cleaned and did ask the owner about cleaning the property and the owner stated that the same person will clean the property. Did go over the estimate was given on the N.O.V. and the time given to have the clean up done has past. Will be checking the site for clean up in 5 days. RV.
