He was not the owner and tried to talk to him on the issues on the property and he did not understand what was being said. The front yard was filled with storage through out including the carport. Has a white van not all the way in the carport due to the amount of storage in the carport. Has a blue Volkswagon and a white chevy S-10 pick up with license plate BAA3428, parked in the street. The vehicles have been parked in the street for some time. There is trash and debris. Did check the rear yard and found 3-vehicles in the rear yard. Has storage and trash and debris also in the rear yard. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
