I STATED THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE NO PROPERTY PINS THAT IT DOES APPEAR THAT THE NEW METAL FENCE HE INSTALLED MAY POSSIBLY BE OVER THE PROPERTY LINE AND IF SO HIS WATER COLLECTION CISTERNS MAY BE TOO CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AND THAT IF THIS IS THE CASE, HE WOULD HAVE TO MOVE THE LARGE CISTERNS AND RELOCATE THEM. I EXPLAINED HIS COMPLAINT TO THE CITY OPENS A CAN OF WORMS AND THE CITY OWULD HAVE TO CONSIDER THIS A CIVIL CASE. I STATED THAT THE OWNERS AT 1622 HAVE NO ISSUES WITH WHAT HE HAS DONE WITH THE NEW FENCE BUT DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO MOVE THE OLD SHED IN PLACE SINCE 2002 BECAUSE HE JUST MOVED IN 3 YRS AGO. SO HIS OPTION IS KEEP THE FENCE AND LEAVE THE CISTERNS OR HAVE THE PROPERTY SURVEYED AND TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT. |
