THE CITY OBJECTS TO THREE MONTHS. CITY OBJECTS TO 3 MONTHS, CONCERENED THAT CITY WILL FIND AT THAT TIME THAT HE HAS ONLY STARTED THE PROCESS. SUGGESTED A SHORTHER TIME LINE.
1) OWNER IS ORDERED TO ABATE THE REMAINING VIOLATIONS. REGARDING WEEDS/GRASS, TRASH AND JMV ECT. THESE THINGS MUST BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER 10TH, 2022. REGARDING THE PERMIT PROCESS, WE WILL CHECK HIS PROGRESS AT THE NEXT HEARING. COURT EXPECTS THAT AT LEASE HE WILL HAVE APPLIED FOR THE PERMITS THROUGH THE CITY AS OF THAT TIME.
2) THIS HEARING IS CONTINUED TO REVIEW PROGRESS TO THE DATE/TIME INDICATED ABOVE. ALL PARTIES ARE ORDERED TO APPEAR.
THE COURT FURTHER ORDERS MR. DINH TO DEVELOPE A WRITTEN SCHEDULE TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE NEXT HEARING. THIS SCHEDULE WILL INDICATE WHEN HE WILL VISIT THE PROPERTIES HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TO ENSURE THEY ARE BEING PROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE SCHEDULE WILL BE A 12 MONTH SCHEDULE AND INDICATE WHICH PROPERTIES HE WILL VISIT/CHECK EACH MONTH AND WHEN. THE COURTS EXPECTS AT LEAST MONTHLY CHECK UPS ON EACH PROPERTY.
