Received calls that the owner is breaking into the house again. Arrived and the rear fence panels that were added to the rear yard have had the wires cut. Did place a lock on the rear fence panel on the north side of the property. The plywood on the rear door has been pulled off the masonry wall to gain entry into the house. Called the supervisor Martin Romero and was given permission to have the rear door covered with several layers of plywood to prevent entry. The owner was not on site and did paperwork of N.O.V. to Vacate and posted on the rear door. RV. |
