VISITED SITE, FOUND A RENTAL PROPERTY WITH A PARKING AREA FOR THE STRUCTURE NEXT DOOR TO THE SOUTH. I KNOCKED ON THE DOOR BUT RECEIVED NO ANSWER. I COULD SEE INSIDE THE STRUCTURE FROM THE GLASS IN THE DOOR. I BELIEVE THE STRUCTURE IS A RENTAL PROPERTY AND DOES NOT REQUIRE A C/O. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
