ON SITE SPOKE TO MANAGER. THE TENANT WAS CRC BY THE COURTS AND IS NOT LIVING AT THE UNIT NOW. ALL REPAIRS WERE DONE. THE UNIT IS LOCKED AND SECURED BY MANAGEMENT DO TO TENANTS FRIENDS GOING INTO THE UNIT WHEN THE TENANT IS NOT AT THE UNIT. CLOSE CASE. |
