AFTER ARRIVING TO DO INSPECTION, FOUND THAT OWNERS WIFE WAS PUTTING SMOKE DETTECTORS AND PEOPLE WERE CLEANING THE EXTERIOR, DIDNT LET ME INTO THE INTERIOR AT THIS TIME, I ADVISED THAT I COULD GET A WARRANT, HE ASK IF I COULD JUST RETURN IN A WEEK AND HE WOULD GIVE ME AXCESS, SO I GAVE OWNER MY CARD AND WILL BE SCH. TO DO INSPECTION NEXT WEEK, DID ADVISE OF VIOLATIONS I DID SEE AT THE EXTERIOR, WILL FOLLOW UP NEXT WEEK DUE TO THEY WERE PUTTING SMOKE DETECTOR AT THIS TIME. WILL BE DOING MORE RESEARCH FOR NEXT WEEKS INSPECTION. |
