Not able to find the owner or make contact with a rep. for the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did have to cut the chain in front where blocked off with a tempoary fence due to has locks that were not connected to the City locks. T.P.D. did clear the unit and the male on site was asked to leave. Re-did the posting on the unit. RV.

THEY ARE AWARE OF THE TROUBLES THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY, TPD AND CODE ENFORCEMENT ARE HAVING WITH THE NEGLECT THAT HAS OCCURRED WITH MULTIPLE PREVIOUS OWNERS. INSPECTOR VALDEZ WENT OVER THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION AND OPTIONS TO ALLEVIATE CODE VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE 60-DAY TIME PERIOD SET IN PLACE. REPRESENTATIVES ARE AWARE THAT AN EXTENSION WILL ONLY BE GRANTED WITH JUSTIFICATION.
