Not able to make contact with the tenant by phone or at the unit. Did meet with the management and they are currently working on the unit for some of the issues of the water leak and the drywall. They were not told about the gas smell. The workers did not smell any gas in the unit and were in the unit yesterday. They will go back and check the unit for gas leak or turn the gas off to the stove. Did go over on calling Southwest Gas if there is a gas smell and will call me back if they find a leak. RV. |
