Upon arrival Tucson Fire on the scene will SWG company, a vehicle has ignited damaging the nearby laundry room. The Laundry room's roof assembly has severe alligatoring to a visible rafter, fascia and roof decking. Attached to the roof area are some lighting fixtures and conduit that has visible heat discoloration.

BUILDING: approximate 12x4 area of damage has occurred to the roof assembly that includes rafters, decking and the fascia.

ELECTRICAL: Outdoor lighting and its conductors has endured heat damage causing the conduit to discolor. Inside the electrical 100-amp main service disconnect panel labeled 217 W. Rillito/Laundry room has a tripped 15-amp circuit breaker. T.E.P. has de-energized the meter until a permit is obtained to re-energize and to repair or replace the affected conductors that energizes the parking lot lighting.

PLUMBING: Not affected

MECHANICAL: Not affected

REMARKS: Laundry room has been posted unfit to occupy until repairs has been made, Owner has been notified and will contact his property management company. Posted unfit to occupy placard at the lockable laundry door along with the notice and order to keep vacant.
