He advised me for the last couple days he has had issues with plumbing backing up and overflowing at his unit. He has made contact with management and he’s not currently staying at the apartment. He noticed at 9 AM this morning (Tuesday ) he was again having issues with the plumbing. At that point he texted the manager April to advisor her and then left for work. At current he does not know condition of the pipes or unit. Called the manager April at the complex she was well aware of the issues at this unit. States she has had several vendors there to clear the pipes and now has called in a general contractor to see what can be done. He is on site currently and will be there again tomorrow. April states she has been in communication with the tenant as well. Will meet with April tomorrow to make sure all is being followed through |
