Arrived on site and found sand rail in front yard all good tires looked in running condition. Was able to speak to the lady of the house who states yes that vehicle is operational. Talk to her about the trash and debris in the two storage trailers in front yard and trash and debris in the front yard. She stated she would let her husband know. Will move to notice of violation |
