| 02/18/2021 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Was on another property when the fire started. A office trailer burned next to a palm tree and the trailer is a total lost. The property is filled with trash and debris in the rear of the property that has been fenced off in the rear of the masonry wall of the gas station that was removed to the ground level. Being told that the trailer was once used as an office for the company. The trailer appears to have been vacant and unsecured and had signs of homeless in the area and on the inside of the trailer. Inspector Goodman showed to the property and assisted on securing the property. Was not able to locate the owner and do research to send a N.O.V. RV. |
