The house is on a corner and the not able to see through the fence material for the vehicular traffic veiw. Did call Transportation to check if they want to look at the intersection. While leaving the site I was talking the owner and than the husband showed up and went over the issues on the gate being used at the location over the handi-cap ramp. The owner has worked with the H.O.A. and was given approval and stated that they gave them a permit. Did check Permits Plus and found no permit for the wall or approval from zoning. Will do the N.O.V. to the owner and the owner will check with the H.O.A. RV. |
