Met with the tenant and the dishwasher has been removed. Shelves were placed where the dishwasher was removed. The tenant is stating that she has roaches, condensation line may be plugged due to the water is leaking when used in the hallway area where the filter and handler is located, the kitchen cabinets are lacking the kicker plate on the lower cabinets, and the ceiling is leaking which may have a roof leak. The property has been sold and will be switched on Thursday. The tenant was aware and will meet with the new management to re-do the complaints on the unit. At this time the case will be closed and if not being done the tenant will call back. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
