APPLIANCES FOUND OUTSIDE IN COURT YARD, DISCARDED DOORS, DRYWALL SCRAPES. HAVE BEEN THERE FOR SOME TIME. ELECTRICAL LIGHT POLES THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY HAVE EXPOSED WIRING, MISSING, DAMAGED AND HANGING LIGHT FIXTURES, ONE WHOLE LIGHT POST PULLED UP AND DISCARDED ON GROUND. GRAFFITI THROUGHOUT THE EXTERIOR BUILDINGS, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR FENCES, BLOCK AND CHAIN LINK FENCES ALSO THE MAIL BOXES. DETERIORATING WOOD FACIAS AND SIDING OF MULTIPLE EXTERIOR BUILDINGS, PEELING PAINT AND DRYWALL. DAMAGED PORCH CEILING NEAR LAUNDRY FACILITY, MISSING DRYWALL AND EXPOSING WOOD FRAME AND LIGHT FIXTURE. LAUNDRY ROOM MISSING DRYWALL EXPOSING OLD PAINTED WALL IN BACK OF NEWLY REMODELED WALL. BOARDED UP UNITS, SOME UNSECURED BOARDED UNITS FOUND. BROKEN WINDOWS TO DIFFERENT UNITS THROUGHOUT. EXTERIOR LIGHT FIXTURES TO MULTIPLE UNITS HANGING BY EXPOSED ELECTRICAL WIRING. GREEN UNMAINTAINED POOL. NO PERMITS OBTAINED TO FILL IN JACUZZI AND OR KIDDY POOL. METAL PLATE COVER OVER WALK WAY NOT PROPERLY SECURED, POSSING A TRIPPING HAZARD NEAR WEST SIDE OF POOL SIDEWALK. EASY UPS PLACED BY TENANTS FOR REAR YARD SHADE ARE TORN AND NOT BEING TAKEN DOWN DAILY (NOT PERMITTED TO KEEP AS PERMANENT STRUCTURE). MULTIPLE UNITS HAVE WOOD FENCING IN REAR OF UNITS THAT ARE IN DISREPAIR AND OR LACKING PROTECTIVE TREATMENT. MULTIPLE EXTERIOR BUILDINGS WOOD SURFACES LACKING PROTECTIVE TREATMENT. REPAIR TO SEWAGE AT CLEAN OUT, LEFT AN EXCAVATED TRIPPING HAZARD NEAR OR AROUNT UNIT 188. UNIDENTIFIED UTILITY BOX RUNNING SOME TYPE OF CONDUIT TO THE ROOF IN AN UNAPPROVED MANNER. OVERGROWN DEAD TREES ON THE PROPERTY, CAUSING DAMAGE TO PERIMETER FENCING AND COMING INTO CONTACT WITH ELECTRIC POWER LINES THAT SERVICE EXTERIOR LIGHT POSTS FOR PARKING LOT.
