GRAFFITI THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY, BUILDING STRUCTURES HAVE HOLES ON THE EXTERIOR STILL ALLOWING FOR PESTS TO ENTER. SPOKE TO A FEW RESIDENTS WHO INDICATED THERE IS STILL RODENT AND ROACH ISSUES AND NO EXTERMINATORS HAVE CONTACTED THEM. NO PERIMETER FENCE HAS BEEN INSTALLED AS COURT ORDERED. INSPECTOR SPOKE WITH THE MGR JULIE WHO HAD APPEARED AT LAST HEARING, SHE SAID SHE GOT THREE BIDS FROM EXTERMINATORS AND CHOOSE TO GO WITH TERMINX WHO IS THEIR CURRENT CONTRACTOR FOR BASIC TREATMENT. JULIE ADVISED OWNER AND OWNER REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH HIRING AN EXTERMINATOR TO ADDRESS THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AS COURT ORDERED. JULIE OBTAINED ESTIMATES FOR THE PERIMETER FENCING AND GATES FOR THE COMMUNITY, HOWEVER OWNER AND MGT COMPANY FROM PHOENIX SENT THEIR CONTRACTORS TO INSTALL THE FENCE LINE ONLY WITHOUT PROPER APPROVALS, JULIE OBJECTED TO THIS WORK STARTING WITHOUT APPROVALS, SO THIS PROCESS DID NOT START ACCORDING TO JULIE DUE TO PHOENIX MGT NOT WANTING TO OBTAIN APPROVALS.
