Arrived on site and called number provided in the work order however no answer and unable to leave message. Rang doorbell several times at front door however no answer. Somebody was in the rear yard tried to call several times to that person but They refused to come to the carport gate. Could not see any violations from the exterior of this property will move to close out case |
