The tenants were all notified of what’s going on at the property. 27 valves for the water system has been noted as leaking and need to be changed. In the last seven days 12 have already been done and 18 still remain to do. Another email blast out to the residence will happen today updating what is going on with the system.Made contact with Jared at his unit advised him of what was going on and he understood will move to close out this case.
