AT THIS TIME THE SINK PORTION OF THE KITCHEN CABINETS HAD BEEN REMOVED, THE AREA INSIDE THE WALL HAD BEEN BLEACHED, THE DAMAGED SEWER LINE TO THE OUTSIDE WALL HAD BEEN REPAIRED. THE DRYWALL ON THAT WALL HAD BEEN REPLACED AND STUCCO PATCH ON THE OUTSIDE HAD BEEN REPAIRED. LEAKING CEILING HAD BEEN PATCH AND RECOATED BY ROOF SAVERS. ALPHA BUILDERS WERE WAITING ON CABINETS AT THIS TIME AND WHEN THE CABINETS GO IN THE TILE AND THE COUTERTOPS WILL BE COMPLETED. I EXPLAINED THAT EVEN THOUGH THE COMPLAINT WAS CALLED IN ON NOV 23, THE CONTRACTOR HAD TO COME BY AND GIVE A BID WHICH WAS THEN SUBMITTED TO INSURANCE AND ALL AROUND THE HOLIDAYS AND THAT TOOK A LITTLE TIME . I WAS TOLD BY MANAGER THAT OWNER DID NOT RECEIVE A CHECK FROM INSURANCE UNTIL JANUARY 16TH. I EXPLAINED TO THE OCCUPANTS THAT THEY WERE FAR ENOUGH INTO THE THE WORK THAT THE CITY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO CONSIDER THIS NEGLIGENT DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF WORK COMPLETED AND MATERIALS ALREADY ORDERED FOR THE PROJECT. I DID GIVE THE OCCUPANTS MY CARD AND ASKED THEY CONTINUE TO CONTACT ME IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS AND I WOULD NOT CLOSE THE CASE UNTIL COMPLETION WAS NEAR. I TRIED CONTACTING MANAGER BUT PLAYED PHONE TAG ALL DAY, WILL CONTINUE TO FOLLOW UP |

| 02/16/2021 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | VISITED SITE, UPON ARRIVAL I FOUND A 6T WALL AROUND THE PROPERTY AND THE FRONT GATE WAS A SOLID TYPE DOOR AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE OR GET INSIDE THE PROPERTY. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNER, THE CONTACT NUMBER WAS NON WORKING NUMBER. I CALLED THE OCCUPANT AND RECEIVED NO ANSWER BUT LEFT A MESSAGE. I TRIED CALLING THE MANAGER AND LEFT A MESSAGE. OCCUPANT CALLED BACK AND A 11:00 AM MEETING WAS SET UP FOR TOMORROW 2/17. THE MANAGER ALSO CONTACTED ME AND INFORMED ME THAT THIS ALL STARTED IN NOVEMBER WNEN THE OCCUPANT COMPAINTED ABOUT FLYS UNER HER KITCHEN CABINETS. MANAGER SENT OUT PEST CONTROL AND IT WAS DETERMNED THE SEWER LINE WAS THE ISSUE. FLYS WERE TAKEN CAR OF BY PEST CONTROL, MANAGER HAD THE SEWER LINE REPAIRED. OCCUPANT THEN COMPLAINED ABOUT LEAKS IN THE BATHROOM. MANAGER THAN HAD THE ROOF REPAIRED ON 2/11/21 BY ROOF SAVERS. A BID WAS GIVEN TO THE OWNER BY ALPHA BUILDERS THAT INCLUDED NEW CABINETS. DRY WALL REPAIRS, TILE AND PAINT. AS FAR AS MANAGER KNOWS THEY ARE WAITING ON THE CABINETS. THE BID WAS SUBMITTED BY THE BUILDER TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND OWNER RECEIVED A CHECK AROUND THE 1ST OF THE JANUARY. I TRIED CONTACTING ALPHA BUILDERS BUT LEFT A MESSAGE FOR THE OWNER. |
