AFTER SPEAKING WITH OCCUPANT HE HAS STATED FOR CODE ENFORCEMENT TO CANCEL FILED REPORT, AND NOT TO CONTACT WITH RESPONSIBLE PARTY AFTER FILING A COMPLAINT OF NON FUNCTIONAL HEATER DUE TO ONGOING FINANCIAL NEGOTIATIONS. HE HAS RELAY HE WILL USE OTHER METHODS AS AN ALTERNATIVE, IF NEGOTIATIONS ARE NOT IN HIS FAVOR HE WILL FILE ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR THE NON FUNCTIONAL HEATER. |
