SOME REFUSE AND DEBRIS FOUND ON THE PROPERTY. THE 2 STORY GARAGE REMAINS CONDEMND, NOT ALLOWING FOR OCCUPANCY AND OR ITEMS PLACED WITHIN AS NOTICE OF VIOLATION STATED, THERE ARE STILL ITEMS INSIDE THE STRUCTURE AND IT APPEARS SOMEONE IS REMOVING THOSE ITEMS. THE GARAGE HAS NO POSTINGS AS DIRECTED BY INSPECTORS NOTICE, THERE ARE STILL UNSECURED OPENINGS TO THE BUILDING, NO PERMITS HAVE BEEN OBTAINED TO REPAIR UNAPPROVED BUILDING FROM THE FIRE DAMAGE. TOOK PICTURES FOR COURT HEARING.

04/23/2021 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved ON SITE; PROGRESS WITH INSTALLING CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH SLATES TO SCREEN THE REAR OUTDOOR STORAGE, HOWEVER NOT COMPLETED YET, HAVE PUT UP SOME TEMPORARY BLACK FENCE SCREENING UNTIL ABLE TO PROPERLY SCREEN THE REMAINING FENCE LINE WITH SLATS. RV IN FRONT PARKING AREA RUNS BUT KEYS ARE WITH PROPERTY TENANT WHO WAS NOT PRESENT AT TIME OF INSPECTION. A VIDEO WILL BE SENT TO INSPECTOR SHOWING THE RV IS NOT AN INOPERABLE VEHICLE. NO PERMITS FOR STORAGE SHED HAVE BEEN OBTAINED HOWEVER EMAILS PROVIDED TO INSPECTOR THAT ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT PDSD HAVE BEEN MADE, INSPECTOR FOUND TENANT EMAILING WRONG EMAIL AND WAS OFF BY ONE CHARACTER. NO PERMITS FOR GARAGE BUILDING TO BE REPAIRED OR DEMOED HAVE BEEN OBTAINED. PORTABLE TOILET HAS BEEN REMOVED. REFUSE AND DEBRIS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM PROPERTY. OUTDOOR STORAGE HAS BEEN MOVED TO REAR YARD AND SCREENING IS GOING TO ALLOW FOR ITEMS TO BE STORED IN REAR YARD. PER SUPERVISION WILL MOVE FORWARD WITH ISSUING COURT CITATION TO LISTED PROPERTY OWNER LLC AND LISTED STAT AGENT.
