Made phone contact with tenant who explained to me the issues at unit 355. States since she called in they did come in and took care of the leak in the downstairs. Now she has a clogged toilet and a leaky sink upstairs. Made contact with manager on site there was no active work order for this issue of clogged toilet and leaky sink on the second floor. A work order was generated by one of the managers to have the maintenance crew get out and take a look at it today. Called back tenant and advised her what had transpired. Will continue to monitor the situation |
