States since she called in they did come in and took care of the leak in the downstairs. Now she has a clogged toilet and a leaky sink upstairs. Made contact with manager on site there was no active work order for this issue of clogged toilet and leaky sink on the second floor. A work order was generated by one of the managers to have the maintenance crew get out and take a look at it today. Called back tenant and advised her what had transpired. Will continue to monitor the situation |
