Not able to enter the property due to the gate was locked. Was able to see that a tree in the rear yard is dead. The tree is a pine tree and approx. 80' in height and on the east side of the property. The neighbor has cut some of the branches on his side but the tree is leaning towards the neighbors property. Will do a N.O.V. and call the owner to check if the tree can be cut. RV. |
