Arrived on site and met with management team who stated they have tried several times to get into the apartment however they meet with resistance. States a crew was there on Saturday cleaning up water that was leaking which Management states is at his unit and not the upstairs unit. Made contact with tenant arrange the time for tomorrow after 1230 for maintenance crews to come in and get the situation resolved. Both the tenant and Management agreed on the date and time of tomorrow. Will follow up with both parties tomorrow |
