Date Description Inspector Results Comments
02/05/2021 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved VISITED SITE, THERE ARE 5 STRUCTURES ON THIS PROPERTY ADDRESSED TO 1871, 73, 75, 77, AND THE LAST STRUCTURE NOT WELL MARKED. THE WASH WAS RELTIVELY CLEAN EXCEPT IN FRONT OF 1877. THE COMMON AREAS ON THE PROPERTY WERE VERY SIMPLE, NO LANDSCAPING BUT CLEAN. THERE WAS DEBRIS OUTSIDE THE RAILING OF THE PROPERTY MORE TOWARDS THE TOP OF THE WASH, I COULD NOT FIND ANY ADDRESSING ON ANY OF THE BOXES AND NO MAILING WITH ADDRESSES.
WHILE DRIVING THE WASH AREA BETWEEN SAN ANTONIO AND SAN JOSE I MET WITH A TRANSPORTATION INSPECTOR VICTOR ORTIZ, TRUCK #2543 WHO I QUESTIONED ABOUT THE WASH AND HE STATED THAT LA CHOLLA WASH IS THE CITY RESPONSIBILITY AS HE HAD LOOKED IT UP ON MAPS. I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT A PRIVATE WASH.
