The person trying to move into the house was not on site. Did look around and has a mobile home on the property that is lacking the electrical since 2010 and the gas is pinned at the meter. Has a door and window boarded up and will need to be removed before the electrical and gas can be turned back on. Did go over that the smoke detectors will need to be installed in all the sleeping and common areas. Tried to call the owner and was not able to leave a message at this time. The generator was not on site and does have water to the property. Will need the permit for the electrical and the gas to be turned back on. RV. |
