ON THE BLDG CLOSE TO THE VARSITY SUITS THERE WERE 4 TIRES LAYED ACROSS THE PARKING LOT. THERE IS A HOMELESS MAN LIVING IN HIS GOLD PICK UP IN THE PARKING LOT. HE STATES THAT THE TIRES ARE HIS AND THEY BARRACAIDE OTHERS FROM COMING THROUGH THE PARKING LOT. I TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS TRESPASSING AND NEEDED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY AND TO TAKE HIS TIRES WITH HIM. HE SAID HE WOULD. NO EXPOSED WIRES, EXCESSIVE CHIPPING PAINT, POT HOLES ETC. SPOKE WITH OWNER AND HE SAID THAT HE IS AWARE OF THE COMPLAINTS AND HE DOES WHAT HE CAN TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY UNTIL IT IS SOLD.
