THE PROPERTY IS ALONG DEEP LOT WITH 4-5 STRUCTURES ON THE PROPERTY WITH THE REAR STRUCTURE AT THE BACK OF THE LOT (NORTH END) DRAINING TO THE STREET. OCCUPANT STATED EVERY TIME IT RAINS, SHE NEEDS TO PUT SAND BAGS AT THE DOOR FACING THE NORTH AND SOMETIMES AT THE FRONT DOOR DURING VERY HARD RAINS, ALSO SHOWING ME THE NARROW REAR SECTION, APPROX. 3 FT THAT RUNS WATER ALONG THE REAR TO THE STRUCTURE SOUTH AND THEN DRAINS BETWEEN THE TWO STRUCTURE THRU A SHALLOW DITCH DUG TO TO DRAIN THE WATER TO THE FRONT YARD.
THE TUCSON CODE FOR WATER DRAINAGE STATES THAT WATER CANNOT RUN OFF OF ONE PARCEL AND ONTO ANOTHER, BUT THERE IS NOTHING CONCERNING WATER DRAINAGE FROM BUILDING TO BUILDING ON THE SAME LOT. I BELIEVE THAT MAY BECOME A LANDSCAPE ISSUE FOR THE OWNER THAT HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED AND CANNOT BE ENFORCED BY C/E. I CONTACTED RICHARD VIDAL WHO AGREED THAT IT IS A ORIGINAL DRAINAGE PROBLEM THAT CODE ENFORCEMENT CANNOT GET INVOLVED IN TO MAKE THE OWNER DO SOMETHING ABOUT.
