Arrived on site and met with property owner who allowed me in the rear yard. Found a playground set for his 4 kids in his back yard. Set is 8ft from the wall, but states the property lines is on the other side of the wall so this can be a 10ft from the property line, so set back is not an issues here and no permit is needed on this issue. Will move to close out this case |
