She gave the heating man the phone and I was able to speak the the tech. Guy was his name and he stated the mother board had some issues and would be working on getting them a new one and the system will be fully operational. Could not give me a time frame at this time because that was unknown. Spoke again with the tenant who was satisfied. Will follow up on this case in 24hrs |
