Tenant did not have any information other than he was there and the heat is not operational still. Will wait for the electricians report. Tenant had no idea of Absolute Heating and Cooling coming today. Called Absolute and verified that a technician would in fact be at the location later today. Call tenant back and advised her of the heating and cooling company coming and to make sure she let them in to do the work. She understood And I will follow up on this case |
