ELECTRICAL: THERE ARE ELECTRICAL DEVICES THROUGH OUT THE INTERIOR OF THE UNIT WHICH HAVE MELTED, THE CENTER BEDROOM HAS EXPOSED AND DAMAGED TO MULTIPLE NM CABLES IN THE CEILING AREA. THE INTERIOR PANEL BREAKERS ARE OFF. THIS MOBILE HOME PARK IS MASTERED METERED BUT THE MAIN BREAKER TO THE PEDESTAL WAS SHUT OFF AND THE CORD WAS DISCONNECTED. PLUMBING: GAS METER IS PRIVATE, SWG DID DISCONNECT GAS TO THE UNIT. MECHANICAL: MILD SMOKE, DAMAGE TO DUCT WORK IN CENTER BED ROOM REMARKS: PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REPAIRS, DAMAGE OPENING WAS SECURED BY THE CITY CONTRACTOR, THE UNIT WAS CONDEMNED UNFIT TO OCCUPY. |
